Noviq is the controller of the personal data of website users pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “GDPR”). Noviq undertakes to process personal data in accordance with legal regulations, in particular the GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person.
Data Access and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing any personal data. However, each time our website is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, the IP address, the date and time of access to our site, and the amount of data transferred. This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and improving our offerings. Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, this serves to protect our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our offerings. All access data will be deleted within seven days after the end of your visit to our website.
The website user is not obligated to provide personal data. However, the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of a contract, and without the provision of personal data, it is not possible to conclude a contract or for Noviq to perform it. Noviq does not engage in automated individual decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR.
Noviq ensures the protection of processed personal data through technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or accidental access to the data, its alteration, destruction, or loss, unauthorized transfers, other unauthorized processing, or other misuse, and to ensure that all of Noviq’s obligations as a controller and processor of personal data, arising from legal regulations, are continuously fulfilled in terms of personnel and organization for the duration of data processing. The technical and organizational measures taken correspond to the level of risk.
Third-Party Hosting Services
A third party provides hosting and website presentation services on our behalf. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our offerings, which prevail in the balancing of interests. All data collected in connection with the use of this website or in forms provided for this purpose in the online store is processed on our servers. Processing on other servers takes place only within the scope described here—hosting services and website presentation. This service provider is located in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing and Customer Account Creation
If you provide us with your personal data when placing an order or contacting us (e.g., via the contact form or email), we process this data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract. The specific data collected can be seen in the respective input forms. We use the data you have provided in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for contract processing and to handle your inquiries. Once the subject matter of the contract has been fully processed, your data will be restricted for further processing and will be deleted after the statutory retention periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to the further use of your data, or the data must be retained to fulfill legal obligations, or further use of your data is permitted by law and we inform you of this in this statement.
Data Transfer
In order to fulfill the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, we transfer your data to the company responsible for delivering the goods and to the payment institution.
Data Transfer to the Payment Institution
Depending on which payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we will transfer payment data to the institution responsible for processing the payment and, where applicable, to payment service providers. If you choose to pay via bank transfer through your payment service provider, you must log in to your payment service provider’s platform during the ordering process. In this case, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies.
Transfer of Data to Our Courier Service
If you give your consent during the ordering process, we will share your email address and phone number with the selected logistics service provider so that they can contact you prior to delivery to arrange for the delivery of the goods. You may revoke your consent at any time by sending a notice to our company or directly to the logistics service provider at the contact address listed below. After revocation, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data, or further use of your data is required by law and we inform you of this in this statement.

Heureka “Verified by Customers”
We assess your satisfaction with your purchase through email surveys as part of the “Verified by Customers” program, in which our e-shop participates. We send these to you every time you make a purchase from us, unless you opt out of receiving them in accordance with Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, as amended. We process personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires as part of the Verified by Customers program based on our legitimate interest, which consists of assessing your satisfaction with your purchase from us. To send questionnaires, evaluate your feedback, and analyze our market position, we use a processor, which is the operator of the Heureka.cz portal; for these purposes, we may transfer information about the purchased goods and your email address to them. Your personal data is not transferred to any third party for their own purposes when sending email questionnaires. You can opt out of receiving email questionnaires as part of the Customer Verified program at any time by using the link in the email containing the questionnaire. If you opt out, we will no longer send you the questionnaire.
