Shipping and payment

All our products are custom-made for you and therefore we do not have them in stock. No matter how much we try to speed up production, we always need approximately 2 to 3 days to produce and ship them. The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.

We deliver our products to you via reliable carriers Zásilkovna, GLS, or PPL. Most shipments are delivered the next day after the carrier picks up the shipment. You can choose between delivery to your address or to a pick-up point.

For orders over 1000 CZK, delivery via any carrier is free.
