Express Delivery
Need it sooner? Choose express delivery at checkout for next-business-day delivery (order before 2 PM). Express shipping costs 199 CZK / 7.90 EUR and is available for most destinations within the Czech Republic and EU countries.
Returns & Exchanges
Not satisfied? You can return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and undamaged condition. To start a return, log in to your account and navigate to Order History, or contact our support team.
Warranty Claims
All products come with a standard manufacturer warranty. If you discover a defect, please contact us within the warranty period. We will arrange a replacement or repair free of charge. For furniture items, we recommend keeping the original packaging for at least 14 days after delivery.
